What We Need From You:

• Space to Work: A flat driveway or a safe parking area with enough room for us to move around the vehicle comfortably.

• Access to Utilities: Access to a standard outdoor water spigot and a 120V power outlet is preferred so we can run our professional equipment.

• Clear the Interior: To get the most out of our X-Press or VIP vacuum and blowout, please remove personal items and valuables from the car before we arrive.

Our Mobile Standard:

• Preparation: We take before-and-after photos and videos of every vehicle to document the transformation and ensure 100% accountability.

• Efficiency: Most of our basic services take about 1 hour, while our deep "RESET" details can take 8 hours or more.

• Professional Cleanup: We take pride in our work and your property—we leave your driveway as clean as we found it.

The "Factory-Plus" Goal

While our detailing services provide a "brand new" feeling, please understand that a detailer cannot physically reverse permanent damage.

• Physical Limitations: We cannot "clean away" permanent scratches in interior plastics, rubber degradation, or deep seat indents.

• Shop Work vs. Detailing: Some vehicle conditions require body shop repairs or upholstery replacement that go beyond the scope of professional detailing.

2. Accountability & Record Keeping

To maintain our 0% liability standard and protect your asset, we follow a strict documentation process:

• Pre-Service Inspection: Photos and videos will be taken of your vehicle before we start to record any existing damage.

• Post-Service Review: We document the final result to ensure your satisfaction and maintain our records.

3. Professional Policies

• Pricing: The discussed price is final and will be paid immediately upon completion of service.

• Condition-Based Rates: Final pricing is subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon arrival.

• No Negotiation: To keep our pricing honest and competitive for all customers, we do not negotiate rates after service is complete.
